My package is stuck in customs

Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are delays resulting from customs inspections. Since only the recipient of the package can make a request to the local customs authorities, we ask you to contact the relevant customs office directly, using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

I paid my duties and taxes in advance, but more fees were charged for delivery

If this is the case, please contact us - we will be happy to check it for you. We usually cover all costs.

I would like a refund of the taxes and fees paid for this order

In order for us to be able to refund the taxes and fees on a return, the return must be made via our shipping service provider DHL Express. We provide you with the option of creating a return label via the DHL Express returns portal.
