Can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your address as long as the delivery country remains the same.

The delivery country cannot be changed.

If your order has been shipped, depending on the status of the delivery, we may still be able to update the address (we cannot guarantee this, but we will endeavour to do so).

Do you ship to my country?

Please click on the flag icon at the top of our homepage to view the countries we ship to.

If you cannot see your country, it is likely that we do not currently ship to that country.

Where is my order?

It may take 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.

If tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please let us know so we can initiate an investigation.

The investigation to locate the package may take up to two weeks.

It may take up to two weeks for us to complete the investigation and locate your package.

If we find that the package was lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.
