Repair time
The repair of your item depends on the current workload. At the moment, repairs can take about 5 - 7 weeks. Maintenance takes about 3 weeks.

Hygiene measures
For hygiene reasons, all items that come into the Cashmere Clinic are cleaned, which is why we charge a standard care fee for all services.

Repair booked incorrectly
Every Cashmere darling that comes to the Cashmere Clinic is examined and compared with the order placed. If the repair you booked does not match ours, we will contact you. You can then pay the difference in cost. If you do not then use the repair, we will refund the amount you paid.

Do you also repair other brands?
Yes, we also repair knitted cashmere items from other brands. Please make sure that the item is made of at least 30% cashmere.

Can I also send from Switzerland or non-EU countries?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer our service to countries outside the EU. We hope to be able to change this in the future.

Shipment
The shipping costs that you are charged when paying are the costs for the return shipment. You must ship the item to Cashmere Clinic at your own expense.

Return to Germany : Within 1-3 days with UPS for €5,50.
Return to EU : within 2-4 days with UPS for 11,50 €.

Process:

1. Pack your cashmere favorite carefully in a box.
2. Please write the order number on the box or enclose it in the package so that we can correctly assign your order.
   

1. As soon as the goods have arrived at the Cashmere Clinic, we will send you an arrival confirmation by email.
2. Your pet will now be examined. If there are any more holes, the Cashmere Clinic team will contact you or you will automatically receive an invoice for the additional costs.
3. As soon as your favorite item has been repaired, we will send it back to you. You will then receive a notification by email.
