Refund

As soon as the goods arrive and accepted , we will transfer your purchase amount back to you. This can take up to 10 days . The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used.

If you have paid in advance, the refund may take a little longer.

If the shipment is outside the EU, the customs fees will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us.

In order for us to be able to refund you the taxes and fees when you return an item, the return must be made via our shipping service provider DHL Express. We provide you with the option of creating a return label via the DHL Express returns portal.

I returned the order and did not receive a refund

For returned items, it may take up to 21 business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method:
1- The time required for the return to arrive at our warehouse
2- Processing and inspection for refund approval
3- Instruct the finance department to issue the refund
4- It may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your payment method after our finance department processes the refund.

If your refund has not been processed within 21 business days, please provide us with the tracking number for the returned package so we can investigate further.

I have not received my refund

Cancelled orders
For orders placed by credit card, we only charge when the order has been shipped to you. If you see a charge on your credit card for a cancelled order, it is likely just a pre-authorisation and not the actual payment. This will be automatically cancelled by your payment provider. If you paid with PayPal, the payment for the cancelled order will be automatically refunded to your account
