General
The loyalty program is offered by Allude GmbH, operated via the website allude-cashmere.com. Participation in the program is subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation in the program is open to all customers aged 18 years and over residing in the European Union.
2.2 Participation is free of charge and does not involve any obligation to purchase.
2.3 To participate, you must create a customer account.
3. Registration and membership
3.1 Registration takes place by registering on our website or in our store.
3.2 By registering, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
3.3 Each customer may only have one loyalty account. Points cannot be transferred to other accounts.
4. Collecting loyalty points
4.1 For every euro of net purchase value for Allude Cashmere Clinic services, the participant receives one (1) loyalty point.
4.2 Shipping costs and taxes are not taken into account when calculating loyalty points.
4.3 Loyalty points are awarded exclusively for Allude Cashmere Clinic services and cannot be collected for other Allude products.
4.4 Points can be collected both through online orders at the Cashmere Clinic and at the POS counter.
4.5 Loyalty points will only be credited for fully paid purchases.
4.6 In the event of returns or cancellations, the corresponding points will be deducted from the points account.
4.7 Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Redeem loyalty points
5.1 Collected points can only be redeemed for Allude Cashmere Clinic services.
5.2 10 loyalty points correspond to a value of 1 euro.
5.3 Redemption can be done both online and at the POS counter.
5.4 A minimum account balance of 10 points is required for redemption.
5.5 Redeemed points will be deducted from the points account.
5.6 Redemption for other Allude products is not possible.
6. Validity of points
6.1 Loyalty points are valid for 24 months from the date of credit.
6.2 After this period, unredeemed points will expire without any right to compensation.
7. Data protection
7.1 The personal data collected as part of the loyalty program will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
7.2 The participant agrees that his data will be used to manage the loyalty program and for personalized offers.
8. Changes and Termination
8.1 Allude Munich reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the program and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2 Changes will be announced on our website or by email.
8.3 Upon termination of the program, participants have 3 months to redeem their points.
9. Abuse
9.1 In case of misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions, Allude Munich reserves the right to exclude participants from the program and delete points.
9.2 The fraudulent accumulation of points is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
10. Liability
10.1 Allude Munich is not liable for damages resulting from technical malfunctions, loss or misuse of loyalty points, unless these are based on intent or gross negligence.
11. Final provisions
11.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
11.3 The place of jurisdiction is Munich, to the extent permitted by law.
