Returns within the EU
Enjoy easy returns and exchanges with the return label included with your order. Please log in to your customer account or send an email to customercare@allude.de.
Returns outside the EU
Please register this in your customer account. After approval, you can easily create a return label via the DHL Express Portal .
Register returns in your customer account:
- Please click on your customer account
- Then click on the order to be returned
- request return
- give a reason
- request return
- We will send you an email once we have accepted your return request.
- Now you can submit a return in the DHL Express Portal
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. If you still want to return an item, please note that the cost of returning the item will be borne by the buyer. The purchase price will be refunded to you including customs duties. We thank you for your understanding and are happy to help you with any questions or support you may have regarding returns.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use or has in any way changed from its original condition. In this case, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.

Please note that it may take up to 14 working days after receipt of the goods for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method as the steps below must be followed:
- Processing and review for refund approval
- Authorization to the finance department for reimbursement
If you do not receive your refund within the next 14 business days, please contact us.
