Visit us in person with your favorite pieces at our Cashmere Clinic. We'll take the time to assess the condition of your garments and discuss the best options for repair or care with you.

That's how it works.

Book service
Please indicate how many items of clothing you would like to send us. A service fee of €15 will be charged per item. This fee will then be deducted from any repair or care costs.
2.
Shipping to the Cashmere Clinic
Pack the ordered garments in a single parcel and send it to the Cashmere Clinic using a shipping company of your choice . Please include your order number.
3.
Cost estimate
At the Cashmere Clinic, each garment is expertly inspected for damage. We then send you an estimate in the form of an invoice.
4.
Offer handling
After receiving the invoice, you have the option to accept the service and pay the bill. If you do not wish to proceed with the repair, please inform us by email. Cashmere Clinic will then retain the €15 service fee.
5.
Return shipping
After the selected service, your cashmere favorites will be returned to you. Please always check the website for current wait times!

The Cashmere Clinic team will carefully check your submission and determine the repair price based on the prices stated in the Clinic configurator.
As soon as we have determined the amount, you will receive a secure payment link to your order email address. As soon as we have received the payment, the order will move on to the next processing phase.
We understand that our pricing may not always meet all expectations. In such cases, we strive to accommodate our customers and respect their decision. If they disagree with the estimated repair price, we will gladly return their favorite item.
Please note, however, that in this case, a small processing fee of €10 will apply. This fee covers the costs of inspecting and processing your order, as well as the safe return of your item to you. Our goal is to always provide you with a transparent and fair service experience.

After your package has arrived at the Cashmere Clinic, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
The repair is performed entirely by hand, which can take 5-7 weeks . We apologize for this longer processing time. Our primary concern is ensuring that every repair meets our high quality standards.
Your patience will be rewarded, as we want to ensure that your favorite piece returns to you in the best possible condition.
We only use 100% cashmere fibers to repair your favorite item. If a wool sweater is repaired with 100% cashmere, the material properties will no longer match.
The tissues are very fine and small. This would simply take too long and we couldn't guarantee a satisfactory repair.
