S ometimes it just has to be sh(n)ee! Especially at the end of an exciting, demanding, sometimes breathless (fashion) year, pausing and enjoying nature is definitely the new black . Or white . Not only does Andrea Karg think so, who wholeheartedly recommends a very special hotel in Austria to all Allude fans, their friends and families, whose history dates back to the year 1350.
At that time there was already the Gutshof Wiesen here in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, on whose once farmed area the modern and cozy " Wiesergut " of Martina and Sepp Kröll has been welcoming those who want to relax since 2012. The building and its interior with 24 suites combine reduced clarity with downright natural materials such as untreated wood, stone, leather, linen and cozy wool.
The kitchen uses regional recipes from the Salzburg region and chef Matthias Schütz celebrates delicious slow food for and with the guests. Many ingredients even come from the herb and orchards of the extraordinary design mountain resort at 1500 meters above Hinterglemm. For example, anyone who has tasted the wonderfully crusty meadow bread will become addicted in the best sense of the word. Direct access to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm skiing and hiking area, the cozy lounge, the bar with library, the spa, the pool...
Conclusion: Summer and winter are great here. Breathe in, breathe out, relax . Have fun!
