Design and Production Assistant (f/m/d)
You will help develop and design the characteristic features of the Allude collection and implement them in production. Creativity is your strength and you have the ability to implement this successfully in a competitive environment. You have extensive knitting knowledge and are familiar with the challenges and opportunities in the luxury segment.

Your job:

• Monitoring of the production process, especially compliance with the specified time periods as well as analysis and organization
• Procurement, calculation and shipping of accessories such as labels, hang tags, buttons, etc.
• Implementation of the designs until production readiness in cooperation with the designers and production facilities
• Interest in sustainability certifications in the fashion sector
• Help in creating creative concepts Ideas for improving the collection based on analyses
• Communication with our suppliers worldwide
• Data maintenance of production-related documents
• Creating and checking production documents
• Measuring and sending sample parts
• Close cooperation with the individual team leaders
• deadline monitoring

Your qualifications:

• Degree as a clothing technician/designer ideally with a focus on knitting or an equivalent qualification S
• Very good user knowledge of the relevant programs (MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign) You are able to work precisely and reliably - even within tight time frames
• You are motivated, enjoy working in a team and are multi-tasking
• You have a feeling for quality and luxury not only in the big picture, but also in the details
• You have analytical skills
• You can use your excellent communication skills not only in German, but also in English
