Rescue that has arrived
If your cashmere item has shrunk, you could try washing it again with our special cashmere conditioner. This conditioner loosens the fibers and can help to relax the garment. However, this does not always work. Unfortunately, once cashmere fibers have shrunk or become matted, they permanently lose their natural qualities.
