Data subject rights and storage period
Duration of storage
The length of time a cookie stays on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a "persistent" or a "session" cookie. Session cookies stay active until you stop browsing, and persistent cookies stay active until they expire or you delete them. Rights of the data subject
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: Right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability. In addition, under Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR and to processing for direct marketing purposes.
Right to complain to the supervisory authority
According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
