Delivery to Germany : within 1-3 days with UPS for €5.50. Free delivery from €550.
Delivery to EU : within 2-4 days with UPS for €8.50. Free from €850.

Delivery times:
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Delivery to Germany is free from €550.
Delivery to the EU is free from €850.
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order.
Enjoy easy returns and exchanges with the return label included with your order. Please send us an email to customercare@allude.d or log it into your customer account.

We will send you an email once we have accepted your return request.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has changed in any way from its original condition. In this case, you can choose to have us send the item back to you at your expense.
As soon as the goods have arrived and been accepted by us, we will transfer your purchase amount back to you. This can take up to 10 days . The purchase amount will be refunded to the respective payment medium used

The repair of your item depends on the current utilization of our service. A repair currently takes about 5 - 7 weeks. For care until 3 week.
For hygiene measures, all items that come into the Cashmere Clinic are cleaned, which is why we also charge standard care for all services.
Every Cashmere darling that comes to the Cashmere Clinic is examined and compared with the order placed. If the repair you booked does not match ours, we will contact you. They can then pay the difference in costs. If you do not take advantage of the repair, we will refund you the amount paid.
Yes, we also repair knitted cashmere items from other brands. Please make sure that the item consists of at least 30% cashmere.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer our service to countries outside the EU. We hope to be able to change this in the future.
The shipping costs that you are charged when paying are the costs for the return shipping. You have to arrange shipping to Cashmere Clinic at your own expense.
Return shipping to Germany : Within 1-3 days with UPS for €5.50.
Return shipping to EU : within 2-4 days with UPS for €11.50.
Process:
1. Pack your cashmere favorite carefully in a box.
2. Please write the order number on the box or include it in the package so that we can correctly assign your order.

3. As soon as the goods have arrived at Cashmere Clinic, we will send you an arrival confirmation by email.
4. Your darling will now be inspected. If there are any additional holes, the Cashmere Clinic team will contact you or you will automatically receive an invoice for the additional costs.
5. As soon as your favorite is repaired, we will send it back to you. You will then receive a notification via email.
