Domestic deliveries (Germany) and to Austria:
Allude charges shipping costs of 5.50 euros within Germany and to Austria via UPS. This service already includes the costs for packaging and shipping the goods.
Deliveries abroad:
For shipping to the EU countries listed below, we allow ourselves to charge shipping costs of 15 euros per order and regardless of the number of items ordered: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Standard shipping via UPS to Italy & Luxembourg is 7.50 euros.
Delivery times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The repair of your item depends on the current utilization of our service. A repair currently takes about 3-4 weeks
Due to hygiene measures, all items that come to the Cashmere Clinic are cleaned, which is why we also charge a standard care for all services
Every cashmere darling that comes to the Cashmere Clinic is examined and compared to the order placed. If this does not meet the requirements of the repair, we will contact you and choose the right care. We will refund or invoice you for the difference in costs.
Yes, we also repair cashmere items from other brands. Please make sure that the item consists of at least 30% cashmere.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer our service to countries outside the EU. We hope to be able to change this in the future.
