AN ORDER
The Cashmere Clinic team carefully examines your submission and calculates the repair price based on the prices specified in the clinic configurator.
As soon as we have determined the amount, you will receive a secure payment link to your order email address. As soon as we have received the payment, we will immediately start processing your order.
We understand that our pricing may not always meet everyone's expectations. In such a case, we would like to accommodate our customers and respect your decision. If you do not agree with the repair price determined, we will be happy to send your favorite item back to you.
Please note, however, that in this case a small processing fee of 10 euros will be charged. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and processing your order and shipping your item back to you safely.

SHIPMENT
Please send us your item of clothing along with a printed booking confirmation or booking number.

The repair is carried out exclusively by hand, which means that the process can take up to 6 weeks. We sincerely apologize for this longer processing time. Our primary concern is to ensure that every repair meets our high quality standards. Your patience will be rewarded as we want to make sure your favorite item gets back to you in the best condition.
